We accept payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net-banking, Wallet, Mobile Payments or Cash Cards.

Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card?
All credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. So no worries here!

How do I pay using a credit/debit card?
We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India.

Credit cards
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

Debit cards
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

Net Banking
We accept payments made using HDFC, SBI, Axis Bank and othter banks .

Wallet
We accept payments made using Paytm, PayZapp, Mobikwik, SBI Buddy, FreeCharge, Ziggit, Jio Money, ICash Card, The Mobile Wallet and Jana Cash Wallet.

Mobile Payments
We accept payments made using PayMate and Scan N Pay

Mobile Payments
We accept payments made using Oxigen Wallet and PayCash Card.

What is Cash on Delivery?
If you are not comfortable making an online payment on Sigeeka, you can option for the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method instead. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. At present, Sigeeka doesn't support Cash on Delivery (COD).

What is the process for Cash On Delivery (COD) purchase?
When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked. You will receive a call from us to confirm your Order before it gets dispatched. If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact us if you are still interested in receiving the product.
*Please note: At present, Sigeeka doesn't support Cash on Delivery (COD).

How can I pay if COD option is not available on my address?
If COD option is not available on your address you can always opt for Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card . In case you don't have a Net Banking or Debit Card option please contact your bank for Debit Card/Credit Card issue.

Are there any hidden charges?
There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can email us on team@sigeeka.com or please give us a call with your order number for any clarification.

I see debit transactions in my Bank Statement from Sigeeka but I have never shopped with Sigeeka What do I do?
If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on Sigeeka, but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf. If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction so that we can look into it.

Why isn't COD available to me?
Presently, Sigeeka doesn't support Cash on Delivery (COD). However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.We also restrict Cash on Delivery facility for certain customers based on our long-term experience. To know more, please refer to our Conditions of Use.
